Our vision

A place that creates access

Since 2015, HISPI has been based in the heart of Düsseldorf. In a central location, we create an open, easily accessible space that deliberately keeps access to the German language and our services low-threshold.

Our location is more than just a learning space. It is a vibrant meeting place where learners and team members come together, exchange ideas, and benefit from one another. A place where learning happens with ease—and where connection is a natural part of it.

At HISPI, we bring together a range of services under one roof and take a holistic approach to integration. This includes procedural counseling and hearing preparation with Arrival Aid, as well as the HISPI LAB (learning for training and employment), creative workshops, computer courses, help with forms, integration programs, conversation groups, and application training.

At the same time, we see HISPI as an open space for collaboration. Together with partners from civil society, culture, education, and business, we further develop existing programs and create new formats. In this way, we strengthen integration where it takes place: in everyday life, in togetherness, and through reliable structures.
